If you are ordering a personalized item, we will not begin producing your custom piece without sending a digital proof for review. Most proofs are ready to review within 24-36 hours from the time that the order is submitted.
What's your turnaround time?
Transit times may vary, but most packages shipped within the continental US arrive within 3-6 working days via standard shipping. Expedited transit options are available at checkout.
Can I rush my order?
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for most items. Bear in mind that extra large items (larger than 36 inches) may not be eligible for our basic expedited shipping options. If you are ordering a piece larger than 36 inches wide or tall, please contact us for more info.

amazing wedding gift present for 10yrs
My daughter loved it. She sent me a picture and it looked great. She did mention that because of the rough surface she thought the letters needed to be a bit bolder, but I saw it in a picture and I could read it with no problem. Great service.
