If you are ordering a personalized item, we will not begin producing your custom piece without sending a digital proof for review. Most proofs are ready to review within 24-36 hours from the time that the order is submitted.
What's your turnaround time?
Transit times may vary, but most packages shipped within the continental US arrive within 3-6 working days via standard shipping. Expedited transit options are available at checkout.
Can I rush my order?
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for most items. Bear in mind that extra large items (larger than 36 inches) may not be eligible for our basic expedited shipping options. If you are ordering a piece larger than 36 inches wide or tall, please contact us for more info.

Beautiful work! Can't wait to give it to my wife! I also want to mention there was great care taken in the packaging. The corner of the box was dented when I received this but the seller had the foresight to secure the piece inside the box and leave lots of extra room around the edges so it was completely unaffected by the damage to the outer box. High quality work with attention to detail even in the packaging!
