If you are ordering a personalized item, we will not begin producing your custom piece without sending a digital proof for review. Most proofs are ready to review within 24-36 hours from the time that the order is submitted.
What's your turnaround time?
Transit times may vary, but most packages shipped within the continental US arrive within 3-6 working days via standard shipping. Expedited transit options are available at checkout.
Can I rush my order?
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for most items. Bear in mind that extra large items (larger than 36 inches) may not be eligible for our basic expedited shipping options. If you are ordering a piece larger than 36 inches wide or tall, please contact us for more info.

The lettering was perfect! I ordered the canvas without being stretched on wooden bars and it was very short on all sides- the description makes it out that you can do “what you want” with the flat canvas but the only option is to frame it since it's so short. I think this should be relayed better as I had to frame it behind glass instead of stretch it myself, which was what I intended. Otherwise it's beautiful!
