If you are ordering a personalized item, we will not begin producing your custom piece without sending a digital proof for review. Most proofs are ready to review within 24-36 hours from the time that the order is submitted.

Transit times may vary, but most packages shipped within the continental US arrive within 3-6 working days via standard shipping. Expedited transit options are available at checkout.
Can I rush my order?

Perfect gift for my wife.
The item itself is very nice. The lettering & names turned out well. My disappointment is with the quality because this is NOT an iron board, it's iron alloy. I feel like the item description was misleading so I wasn't happy when I opened the box and I went back to the seller asking for clarification on what details were iron. This was for a 6th wedding anniversary gift so I expected more.
Came way before scheduled. It was so quick and easy.
